where rules and regulations dictated by the 'elite' at the top are forced
on the masses at the bottom by a bureaucratic class in the middle.
Spontaneous order, on the other hand, posits that society best
functions as a decentralized network of free individuals who
participate in voluntary interactions. Example: heartware.
