Civilizations are like living organisms.  The first system to develop in every living organism is its central nervous system.  The first function of evolving civilization is to culture a healthy "media" -- the central nervous system of humanity.

 

An objective view of world history will validate this premise - that civilizations evolve as a function of "content in context" (knowledge with wisdom) within their central nervous system. It's not just the language spoken but the pure intent for truth and virtue that determines the rise of civilization.

 

George Orwell is highly regarded for his prescience in revealing the importance of language in propagandizing and indoctrination. In his epic novel 1984, Orwell described an upside-down world where "War is Peace", "Freedom is Slavery", and "Ignorance is Strength".

 

Most of us are at least somewhat aware of how language can be twisted and news "spin-doctored" to invert, subvert or  otherwise pervert the content and context for intelligence; thus, the "killing of civilians" is dubbed "collateral damage," "aggression" is "preemptive war", and virtually anti-Christ policies are trumpeted in the name of "Liberty for all".

 

Such fork-tongued, two-faced, war-based insanity is both the genesis and product of a "bi-polar disorder" that harbors a death wish for conscientious common sense. To understand the nature of this passive-aggressive "bi-polar disorder" in the conscience of civilization, consider this recent news excerpt from Normon Solomon:

"Evidently the president's trip to India created an option too perfect to pass up: The man who has led the world in violence during the first years of the 21st century could pay homage to the world's leading practitioner of nonviolence during the first half of the 20th century. So the White House announced plans for George W. Bush to lay a wreath at the Mahatma Gandhi memorial in New Delhi. While audacious in its shameless and extreme hypocrisy, this PR gambit is in character for the world's only superpower. One of the main purposes of the Bush regime's media spin is to depict reality as its opposite. And Karl Rove obviously figured that mainstream U.S. media outlets, with few exceptions, wouldn't react with anywhere near the appropriate levels of derision or outrage..." (full article)

The core disconnect in the collective conscience of humanity is the natural result of the disconnect in the central nervous system of civilization. All healthy living organisms have an interactive nervous system that is responsive to crisis. Without response ability -- ability to respond -- there is a core disconnect from crisis and its responsible solution.

 

Polarization naturally results when "bi-polar disorders" enforce divisions rather than heal them. Conflict replaces cooperation and sabotages coordination of healing capabilities when response ability is blocked in the whole body-mind connection. Healing requires wholeness. Responsibility for healing requires the response ability that is able and willing to respond to this "healing crisis".

 

It's the same in individuals as in the body of civilization. In an all connected global village, every individual "cell" in the world body is connected to this healing crisis of collective bi-polar disorder. Mental dis-ease is systemic in the body of global civilization.  Healthy people know that something is seriously wrong.  Endless war is devouring the fabric of civilization.

 

Common sense would reveal the cause of this mental illness afflicting humanity -- why our collective well-being is being compromised as old paradigms of power and control sabotage the common sense of the wholly new paradigm needed.

There is a natural trending in the evolution of global civilization that has followed the natural evolution of the central nervous system of our global connection - the telecommunications media. The currents of virtue-centric change is, in effect, the real "currency" of evolving civilization. 

 

The difference between humans and lower life forms is that we are not only highly adaptive to change but have the capability to direct change. When we do that constructively, civilization thrives. The health and well-being of civilization prospers to the extent we identify the currents of change, qualify those currents with virtue, and maintain vigilance in the change process.

 

In the last three decades, the media "nervous system" of civilization has rapidly evolved from a more primitive one-way programming system, limited to separate networks, to a more evolved interactive model connecting every cell in the world body of civilization.

 

The megatrends shaping this telecomm evolution has followed the natural progress of the computer/Internet revolution. The first generation -- emphasizing hardware -- provided the mainframe computers for large organizations. The second generation -- emphasizing software -- brought mainframe computing power to home desk tops. The third generation of information power -- emphasizing netware -- connected small and large computers worldwide.  Now the next Big Shift -- emphasizing heartware -- is culturing higher intelligence with virtue-centric standards at the heart of the neural-networked "brain-body" connection. This is the interactive interface "heartware" that cultures the healthy body of global civilization.

 

Knowledge power -- at your fingertips -- has now gone global. The whole body of civilization is "quivering" in all of it's cells. The nervous system is "nervous" because there is no concealing the truth anymore.  Virtue in the system has been corrupted and the survival of civilization requires its restoration through THE TRUTH:

Without the "gold standard" for TRUTH, civilizations decline and die. With it, they survive and thrive.  Call it "common sense". In the context of the current global crisis, it is this TRUTH at the heart of the TeLeCommunication networks that will evolve our conscience and global community with "TLC".
 

That's why the harmonious transition to the fourth generation of the computer/Internet revolution is so important and is now evolving naturally at this "turning point" of global civilization. People are sick and tired of the endless war "dis-ease" in the body of civilization. At least the healthy cells know THE TRUTH that will liberate the rule of Law through the Law of LOVE.

As 3rd wave civilization suffers the "psychic constipation" of information overload and disinformation propaganda, there was never a more important time for conceiving those 4th wave principles and processes most likely to empower our collective safety and happiness. This 4th wave frame of reference -- emphasizing heartware -- brings wisdom to knowledge and brings compassion to wisdom... organizing information "in formation" in the way that heals the mainstream "dis-ease" of cognitive dissonance and self-contradictory disconnects from "Net realty" in the central nervous system of civilization.

 

Call it "bi-polar disorder" or just "mis-matched expectations" resulting from a mainstream media that no longer serves the purpose of "informed choice" and "consent of the governed" for which it was created. We have been lied to long enough. Truth will liberate us from the Big Lie of endless war when the media reflects the message of 4th wave checks and balances in the central nervous system of civilization.

 

The warring in the members of our global village is making the whole body of civilization sick, and yet, the wisdom of history empowers us with the common sense in the common pattern of core success models that cultured every "Golden Age" civilization in recorded history. All we need is the pure intent to connect the dots for "pattern recognition" that gets the picture -- the big picture -- of the self-evident TeLeComm processes that culture The Fourth Wave.

 

The Big shift of the 4th wave is a paradigm shift -- a POWERSHIFT -- that has profound implications for global power structures as they evolve along more enlightened lines of "checks and balances" represented in the networks of conscience. As Matt Engelman says so well in GENUINE FREEDOM:

The healing crisis in civilization has "hit the wall" of this paradigm shift to genuine freedom. Paradigm paralysis is so entrenched in the prevailing "win/lose" economic order that most people still can't see the solution because their 'bi-polar disorder" is part of the problem.  But consider what Matt Engleman has summarized so well above, how: "The whole game has been rigged to ensure the scarcity of the things people want."  Take a good look at the "oxymoron" in the prevailing system of "scarcity economics" that creates and manages win/lose values whose "fruits" are the ultimate scarcity of the things people want:

 

- A mainstream media that programs special interest agendas at the expense of global homeostasis;

- Governmental systems that represent war profiteers at the expense of global peace and well-being;

- A health care system that is 97.5% disease care, profiting from the creation and management of disease;

- An education system that teaches WHAT to think rather than HOW to think out-of-the-box of scarcity's "value";

- An economic system that "worth-ships" the gold calf of Wall Street profits above the Golden Rule for civility.

 

The heart of this paradigm shift is a more fair exchange of "give and take" with natural "checks and balances". The Spirit of this natural evolution of holistic health in the body of civilization is the Spirit of cooperation and "coordination" -- ordained through the Gold Standard for virtue at the heart of "fair exchange".  This standard for all Golden Age civilizations is the heart of the 4th generation evolution of the central nervous system of civilization - emphasizing "heartware" (LOVE Model).

There is indeed a simple yet profound way to weave the fabric of Golden Age civilization through the Internetworks of third generation Net reality. The natural evolution of the computer/Internet revolution -- as defines the 4th wave -- restores the homeostasis of checks and balances at this higher level of instant-everywhere interaction. All it requires is the golden thread of virtue that weaves the fabric of pure intent for the Golden Rule/Law Standard chosen by all sovereign civilizations at this higher level.

 

Simple enough, but profound in it's implications -- how heartware frames the constitution of divine order with universal laws governing all creation and the highest concept of "law and order" whereby the "Language of Light" and "Law of LOVE" cultures higher intelligence with holy compassion -- the heart of the 4th wave and genesis of open civilization honoring genuine freedom.

 

As the conscientious common sense of the 4th wave becomes more common, the universal law "language" of LOVE will increasingly culture intelligence whereby the "angels of our better nature" can rule. As we culture this 4th wave, we will define, refine, "combine" (synergize) and shine the "better nature" of angelic evolutions... raising mankind as kind men in the process.

 

Divine order -- in frequency and form -- is the higher intelligence that will heal the central nervous system of our collective conscience.  The body of healthy civilization naturally follows the conscience of LOVE-centric civility. The dis-ease of "bi-polar disorder" in the collective conscience will be naturally healed when the natural law-language of, by and for higher intelligence nurtures the process.

 

We have the tools. We have the Mother of all networks -- the 3rd wave network of networks -- to nurture the process for a 4th wave paradigm shift.  We just need to do it... exercise the power of Love in our collective conscience.

The beginning of a millennial Aquarian Golden Age is the end of the world of "victim dictum" (scarcity's value) as we have known it.  Global "Abundant Life" civilization naturally follows the "2nd coming" of Golden Rule virtues in the central nervous system of humanity.

 

Networking for "Net worth" - the "safety Net" for civilization's sake

 

Understanding the current crisis warrants application of the 4th wave Net reality needed to heal it.

 

The safety net for civilization is the global 'Net reality' in the all-connected networks of our collective conscience. The best hope for humanity is a global revolution in conscientious COMMON SENSE that cultures virtue-centric conscience at the heart of 'Net worth' and genuine freedom.
 

The Mother of ALL networks - the network of networks that created the 3rd wave Internet -- represents our connection. The reason that the Internet's evolution a decade ago "hit the wall" (why dot.com went dot.bomb) was because the power of global self-awareness -- the "knowledge power" of our collective CONSCIENCE -- was blocked, bought-out, taken over or otherwise co-opted by the prevailing self-sabotaging paradigms of "scarcity's value".

 

The obvious example was the AOL takeover by Time-Warner, but the force of the win/lose "value of scarcity" (scarcity economics) infiltrated and compromised every aspect of the promising "New Economy" that was empowered by abundant knowledge power. In short, scarcity's oxymoronic "value" sabotaged abundance virtues as could heal all our social, political and economic institutions with "win/win" abundance:

 

- The abundance of cheap-clean energy technologies that will replace dependence on "black gold" (Big Oil);

- The abundance of holistic healing modalities that will replace dependence on drug-pushing "Big Pharma";

- The abundance of creative learning capabilities for Net reality that educates the heart of "Higher Education";

- The abundance of hope, faith and charity -- at heart -- that inspires all the above with abundance "currency".
 

This is the COMMON SENSE that is kept uncommon by powerful special interests that have a vested interest in the creation and management of scarcity.

 

This is also the COMMON SENSE that is made common by the greater power of every person reading this in solidarity with the pure intent of the 99.99% of humanity who wants genuine freedom to fulfill the ABUNDANT LIFE.

 

Solidarity is what solidarity does. Stand solid -- make a stand for COMMON SENSE. Network this post far and wide.  The champions of genuine freedom will network for the Net worth of this cause... to champion the self-evident solution to the self-evolving networks of CONSCIENCE.

 

Only the powerless are heartless, so take heart.
