PREFACE:

There are twelve keynote Legacy Projects -- three in each of the four "quadrants" as represented in the PowerShift Chart at www.heartcom.org/powershift.htm .  These are the "12 Gifts of Christ Mass" for centering and connecting higher Christ-like consciousness on all 12 lines of the "clock" (PowerShift Chart)

What's unique about this Legacy Project is its "holographic" (holistic) nature.  All dimensions of it are integrated with "natural law coordinates" -- the Law of LOVE -- that frames universal "first principles" with the simplest of all organizational constructs -- pure geometry.  These frames of reference geometrize natural-universal laws operant in all dimensions from cellular memory and the cognition process to "energy in motion" (e-motion) and the creation of one's "soul matrix" (behavioral habit).  Consider it the personal and collective "cultural DNA" that is founded on the quintessential processes of consciousness at the heart of self-governance.  Not just for oneself, but also, as a standard of cyberethics for interactive Net reality.

This first project is in the "Etheric Quadrant" which refers to the "Spiritual Body" or "Memory Blueprint" at the heart of of conscious "BEING" (BE-IN-G.O.D.~).  This is the all-connected blueprint whereby the "Law of the Angles of G.O.D." (Geometrically Ordered Divinity) is NE with the "Language of the Angels of LOVE" (frequency of holy compassion).

Those who have studied and assimilated the Legacy Project are aware that the three other quadrants representing the three "lower bodies" -- mental, emotional and physical -- follow from the coordinates of the higher Spiritual Body unless it is sick or otherwise "dis-eased" (stressed) by disconnection from one's inherent potential that derives from spiritual BEING in "form" (law) and "frequency" (language).

The greatest mysteries of God-in-man -- as raises man in the Spirit of divine Love -- are veiled in paradox. The letter of the law is NOT the Spirit of the Law.  The Spirit is "between the lines" - the processes framed by the geometric thoughtforms of the LOVE Model.  And it is PROJECT "ONE" -- the Law of -- that centers and connects "spherically" (spiritually) the graphic-geometrized representation of the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies as Spirit is "lowered" (manifests) into matter.

This is the Spirit that matters "on Earth as in heaven" (as above, so below):

- the "linear" (left-brain) frame of reference for the 2nd Law of "Two-in-ne" (mentally)
         as ideally "steps-down" the highest spiritual concepts into conscious awareness.

- the "non-linear" (right-brain) frame of reference for the 1st Law of the "ne" (spiritually)
        as ultimately "steps-up" the frequency of holy compassion as in "frequently".

 

- the "synergistic" (left-right brain) co-ordination that "co-creates" via the 3rd Law of the "3rd eye"
          for vision of the "Three-in-ne" (trinity), conveying the holy spirit of "energy-in-motion" (e-motion).

 

- the "integrative" Law of "Four-in-ne"  (whole brain including upper & lower) that frames
        3-D reality with 4-D coordinates (in time) so as to actualize 5th Dimensional "capstone" conscience
        for physical manifestation in a "whol-E" way. This is the E-valuation criteria of cyberEthics that cultures
        higher E-lightened conscience at the heart of E-media, E-governance, E-learning, E-care (health), E-commerce, etc.

These thoughtforms are universal in principle and profound in their potential for personal and planetary evolution.  Transforming our core social institutions with the holy spirit of -in-action is the heart of the Legacy Project ... and the purpose of the Worldwide LOVE Foundation.

PROJECT NE:

The thoughtform for the first project is the torch of Liberty for illumination of the Law of LOVE -- the Book of the Law that Liberty holds under her arm.

Project Parameters:

v PURPOSE:  Culture an understanding of universal law/language at the heart of personal and planetary sovereignty – the  Model – – representing the archetypal “golden thread” of golden rule/law language that weaves the fabric of a Golden Age with the ultimate meaning of “ascension” via the ascent of ultimate meaning.  Show how this “frame of reference for universal-archetypal (Jung) thoughtforms represent a simple yet profound “common ground" (connection) between ancient and modern “maps” of consciousness seen in religious rituals, governmental systems, healing modalities and higher education learning models. 

v PRINCIPLES:  Outline the four basic  -  -  -  - sections that frame the Constitution of first principles... for governance of Self and Civilization; for raising the standard of higher education;  for holistic healing of the health care system; and for a wholly new economy based on the virtuous fabric of LOVE-centric cyberEthics.

v PROCESS: On-line Mastermind alliance (blog) with all interested in this project; a "Wikipedia" model for editing by a team of Alliance associates who will be elected via the same interactive representation process that will define and refine cyberethics at the heart of the Next Big Thing in the computer/Internet rEVOLUTION.

v PRODUCTION: Publish in all possible languages with geometrized graphics framing the "global" concept with “local” context and meaning that clearly portrays the intention to establish universal law language coordinates for personal and planetary harmony and healing through enlightened “ Productions™".
