“High Touch Heart of High Tech”

This is important. I won’t waste your time. You’ve done the most with world-changing high tech so you could obviously do the most with a clear vision of the “Next Big Thing”.

Since 1970 I’ve been modeling and test-marketing a simple yet profound, practical and now timely application of universal law – a universal ( ) language – that is the perfect interface for real-time interaction on a one-to-one or mass-to-mass basis.

That’s saying a lot, I know. I've worked on this since 1970, giving a presentation to 10 agencies of the Federal Government on Capitol Hill back in 1974. Details at www.HEARTcom.org/CapHill.htm My story since then is the archetype of transcending the linear, lower left-brain, lockstep, “in the box” letter of the law of bureaucrats, theocrats, mediacrats, educrats, medicrats and the autocratic minions of the power elite plutocrats… while moving towards wholEness, the spherical (global) spirit of the law.

Common sense of the ephemeralized trendings of civilization and technology clearly show the “Next Big Thing” after hardware, software and netware will be HEARTware™… a conscientious frame of reference for high touch high tech… the gateway from cyberspace to innerspace… the universal laws and language of consciousness at the interactive interface heart of a global movement towards higher consciousness and real (vs. virtual/pseudo) community.

You’ve done a great job Bill, creating the global infrastructure of instant/everywhere communication capabilities… the neural-networking of the global “brain” whereby the FREEDOM to know better creates a “new world” of extraordinary OPPORTUNITY not unlike that which was created by the discovery of Columbus. That discovery of the "New World" led to the great experiment in representative self-government; the last frontier as "inner space" within the collective consciousness of humanity. Now it’s time to take the great experiment to the next level with an electronic Space Age upgrade of our horse-and-buggy representation system.

THE VISION ALONE,
properly positioned, packaged and promoted,
is whole enough and bold enough that when told enough,
CAN BE THE CATALYST AS IN SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY.

The key to that upgrade is the 1^st principles (laws) and core processes (language) that involve and evolve our individual and collective CONSCIOUSNESS at the quintessential foundation of self-governance. An individual or civilization can rise no higher than those first principles and core processes that govern civility. It’s time that a higher Vision of ultimate "survival Value" is championed at the interface of all that hardware, software and netware Bill. Indeed, the ultimate meaning of "survival" is the survival of ultimate meaning. And the golden thread that weaves the fabric of our common sense of divine love is the universal law/language I speak of.

It’s the masterkey to harmonize the transitioning of civilization to the next level.

Since the language you speak best Bill is technological, let me first get congruent with the techniques and technology that define this interactive interface. This is the VISION where the Language of the Angels (heart-frequencies of compassion) meets the Law of the Angles (the mind of G.O.D./Geometry Of Divinity) in a synergistic synthesis that that can collectively process any “realtime” or replay message with objectively qualified “higher consciousness”.

This of course, creates higher standards for a wholly new industry of instant messaging that will take idea capital, relationship capital and consequent Net worth to the highest level of interactive collaboration that any conscientious learning organization can aspire to: *HEARTmessaging™, *HEARTchat™, *HEARTconferencing™, *HEARTmail™, etc.

To be truly universal, of course, an interface must be “transparent” so that all people of all languages can see through this frame of reference to assemble these archetypal components to the “capstone” of attention that focuses the heart of love & mind of God.

So you see Bill, the product is a process. And the process is, at heart, the e-valuation of any real-time vision with higher consciousness of divine love… the core values of the next Great Cycle (Aquarian Age) we are moving into. The Blueprint for a Golden Age.

Since all problems are, at heart, communication problems – how we come-into-unity, community, communion, etc. – there’s nothing more valuable Bill than this VISION of how to organize all information IN FORMATION along more enlightened “lines” that frame higher consciousness with divine love. It’s the solution to information overload, cognitive dissonance, conflict management and on-going wars of all kinds, worldwide.

This VISION has the potential to set the matrix that catalyzes, crystallizes or otherwise geometrizes a Golden Age. It’s just the opposite of Hitler’s “Big Lie” that created and managed fear, terror and war to create a totalitarian New World Order. Fact is Bill, if we don’t create a -centric foundation for the New Economy, there won’t be a Next Economy. By default, scarcity economics will create and manage the logical oxymoronic consequence of “the value of scarcity” until we see ultimate scarcity of the ultimate spiritual value of “light and love” so that the collusion of big government with big business (Big Brother) can “make a killing” on the dark force of war, death and hell-on-earth.

Without Vision, the means of integrating spiritual virtues at the heart of conscience, communications and local/global community, the degenerate values of scarcity accelerate the disintegration of civility and civilization; the people perish.

Conversely, and this my prayer Bill, with VISION, the healing begins. Properly positioned, packaged and promoted, this VISION of ultimate Values for the Victory of Self and Civilization is the “cultural DNA” that can jump-start the “Genesis Effect” in the mass consciousness and Morphegenic Grid of the planet. It can very quickly culture the culture of a Golden Age. But to happen fast enough, I need help “from top to bottom”.

Here’s what I have in mind. It’s a non-profit organization called the Worldwide Foundation that is set up as a common law trust called “In G.O.D. We”. The networking arm of this organization is called The Angel Fund Network. It’s a self-funding angel fund. Quite honestly Bill, you have the best means to create an alliance of technology leaders who could deploy the hardware, software and netware components that facilitate HEARTware™ and empower the Genesis Effect. You have the most to gain and most to give, the logical “general partner” in a trust with perhaps 10 limited partners… all committed to seed capital for about a dozen founding projects that pay 10% of profits back to the non-profit. It’s the investment model that Founding Father of the Success Industry, Napoleon Hill, wrote as “Golden Rule Industries” in his book, “Grow Rich With Peace Of Mind”.

If technology leaders properly position this new model of “Business with a Heart” as the New Economy business model, beginning with themselves, then Corporate America will readily accept these new standards for new industry at the heart of the Next Economy. In the process, HEARTcom Services™ will provide seminars, software and “TLC Systems” whereby organizations can become “HEARTcom certified” with definitive “high touch” infrastructure for optimal Net worth:

Heaven knows that many of the best and brightest with “mobility consciousness” are independent “free agents” working out of their homes. The real test of HEARTcom Services™ will be to provide the grassroots seminars, software and “TLC Systems whereby Small Office and Home Office independents can quickly create new “team” or “community” networks for collaborative “masterminding” on new projects. The great need right now is a very professional Powerpoint presentation, on-line and for public presentations, that makes a compelling case for involvement that clearly elucidates the concepts and plan here introduced for both top-down and bottom-up involvement. There’s a non-profit technology incubator associated with Montana State University (Bozeman) that was created for such purpose. Many technology leaders, including Oracle, have made sizable contributions, though not Microsoft. A grant to TechRanch that specifies support of a room, resources and budget for this project would be ideal. Three months are needed for initial presentation for mastermind collaboration and development with both tech leaders and Angel Fund leaders the next three months.

Earth is at a critical point of transition to a New Order of the Ages Bill. It’s important that we do all we can to connect the God given gifts and talents of the many good people of this planet. Here’s a -centric plan to do just that.

PS: Why is this an open letter? Same reason that open code is good. Like open communications or open books, it encourages open dialogue in the spirit of win/win cooperation vs. win/lose competition. Not that I condemn all closed-systems as “close-minded” business. Under the old order of scarcity economics, competition along win/lose lines rules. But those rules are changing along all-connected and open “global village” lines, and you can once again set the standard Bill. Heaven knows that those who care enough to champion this Vision will encourage honesty and honor in the world of business; the key to integrity is integration of ALL these high touch/high tech keys. Just as Netscape transformed the global network of computers into THE computer, so can HEARTware™ make the new currency of higher consciousness at the heart of ultimate Net worth.
