So the Iron Law of Oligarchy basically says democracy is fake. There's always a ruling class. There's always a ruling elite structurally. The reason for that is because the masses can't organize, right? What's the fundamental problem? Whether the mass is 25,000 people in a union or 250 million people in a country, the masses can't organize.
 
Since the majority are apparently incapable of organizing there must be a "small, organized elite ruling a large and dispersed majority".

Whether it's the UN and the World Economic Forum, or Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Peter Thiel - both sides are promising they will build a utopian world which will benefit the future of humanity.

History is rife with examples of psychotic utopians
who are promising a golden age while
delivering a despotic tyranny.

Hopefully, the American people have learned
the lessons of history, and will not be
 swept up in hysteria of the moment.

Compassion shapes the heart of benevolent religion.
It does not crusade, wielding deadly munitions,
or force one to kneel in subservient contrition
in order to grant a penitent’s petition, or to
impose upon others its own faith traditions,
play upon people's fears, superstitions,
scaring them to heaven with terror of perdition,
or conspire to inquire at an inquisition
whether worshippers are orthodox
or stand in opposition…
accusing those opposed of heresy, sedition.
Compassion needs no ashram to sense intuition,
or a Ph.D. in divinity for sacred erudition,
just a conscious awareness of the human condition.
Compassion requires only one decision:
treating other people with care and attention,
taking the time to patiently listen
because helping people is its only mission.
Compassion in action is always given,
feeding the hungry with needed provisions,
visiting the sick and those in prison,
freeing people enslaved by addiction,
building bridges instead of partitions,
cooperating without competition.
If compassion were all we knew of religion,
surely the world wouldn't live in division.
