PREFACE: THE BIG PICTURE

The symbolism of 9-11 is indelibly etched in our consciousness
and whether this emergency number warrants a 9-11 phone call
or remembrance of that infamous day of treason and tragedy,
9-11 is a call to action for all true care-givers and patriots who
are called to respond to crisis, whether local, or now, global.

The crisis now is a global crisis of
SOVEREIGNTY

Mankind's puny understanding of the divine order of the universe
 corresponds to his jaded understanding of universal sovereignty.  
 Such sovereignty corresponds to the metaphoric second coming
   of Christ-like Conscience that is awakening as our DNA is infused
   with the frequencies of freedom-in-love, the Aquarian consequence
   of the Big Shift of planetary energies as our solar system crosses the
      Photon Belt alignment of billions of star systems in our Milky Way Galaxy.

Sovereignty is the issue of ownership and control of our lives, liberty, health, wealth and governance in general.  In the larger scheme of things, the issue of sovereignty is the cosmic struggle for the soul of mankind, the struggle of the spirit that matters for global civility...

...and that struggle is reaching a global climax.

Sovereignty is a self-governing system, and this has become the core issue behind all the social, political and economic issues facing global humanity. When love is the rule, love rules. With vision, love of sovereignty via the sovereignty of love, civility thrives.  But without vision, the people perish.

 OUR REAL ENEMY:
  The Politics of Power WITHOUT the Principle of Love

Sovereignty has a price, and it is always at the expense of fork-tongued, two-faced political doublespeak that profits from power without the first principle of conscientious common sense -- the common wealth of, by and for public service to the currency of Conscience above all.

Without that currency, economies are bankrupted,
public power is hijacked by privatized profit interests,
health care makes a killing on public sickness,
endless war makes a killing on endless terror,
and the people perish at the hands of a corrupt
and callous elite who rule without Conscience..

There are thus two conflicting ideas behind sovereignty that fuels the argument -- whether mankind shall suffer and perish with love’s absence… or survive and thrive in alignment with the universal order of cosmic LOVE.
 

The Law of LOVE is universal law with a universal language,
the fractal geometry that frames the order of the universe
and the harmony of the spheres of influence, the billions of
stars infused with intelligence across our Milky Way Galaxy.
Understanding this "cosmic law" is to understand universal
sovereignty, how the power of LOVE governs all Creation.

 
Love of power is one paradigm of sovereignty that is simply the accumulation of power to produce the result that you want.  From Alexander the Great to Genghis Khan, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong, you had idealistic individuals who accumulated power with the feeling that if they centralized power under themselves, they would create a better world.  But centralized love of power by itself, as history has shown us, does not produce good results for the decentralized masses.

The other paradigm of sovereignty is simply a divine right of every individual in the world.  This was the idealism of the Piscean Master who said that the "kingdom of heaven is within you", which today translates to cosmic energies infusing our DNA and rebooting our Conscience with the "intelligence" (light) of cosmic LOVE.  That Great Love is the master('s) key to sovereignty, and that love is for giving (service to others) rather than for getting (service to self).

This idealism of the golden rule was epitomized near the end of the Piscean Age with the Great Experiment in God Government, based on the mass representation of decentralized Christ-like principles of, by and for all sovereign people.  U.S. Founding Fathers were well aware that only the ordained power of love -- decentralized in the hearts and minds of the masses -- would provide sufficient checks and balances on inordinate centralized love of power.

It was the divine idea of sovereignty that sparked the American Revolution with Thomas Paine's COMMON SENSE, the most successful political treatise in history.  That voice of freedom and opportunity sparked the Great Experiment by appealing to the divine spark of love that lights every soul which comes into the world.  The burst of freedom, innovation and opportunity that naturally resulted has been an inspiration to the world.  And even though we now see how the tyranny of a self-serving power elite has centralized power, covertly infiltrating core social institutions of banking, media, health care and government... and even though this has inverted, subverted, perverted and otherwise sabotaged sovereignty of a decentralized "public Netizen" (global citizen) nature...

as the alignment of our solar system with the Galactic Plane
reboots the nucleus of our atoms, cells and our heart of hearts
with universal-cosmic law/language as a systemic frequency
infusing the consciousness of all of "US" (United Sovereigns)
in a "global village" (Unity State) as a new COMMON SENSE
of, by and for a global rEVOLUTION in higher Conscience.

Power without core moral principles has always been the chief nemesis of decentralized public sovereignty.  Core Constitutional freedoms mean nothing when the inordinate love of power eclipses the ordained power of love.  The only resolution for global evolution is a global revolution -- a systemic rEVOLUTION in higher Conscience... from the inside-out.

Obviously, the golden rule/law language of, by and for our divine rights is the heart of sovereignty for every golden age.  Conscientious common sense today, in a world of instant-everywhere and interactive Internet capabilities, will naturally empower wisdom with love at the heart of social Conscience in our global social networks.

This is the power of enlightened decentralized Conscience -- conscientious common sense -- that makes all our core public institutions accountable to the purpose they have vowed to serve.

As you can see if you click on "Golden Rule", the concept of love-centric sovereignty is at the heart of the world's great religions. The real enemy of such sovereignty has always been fanatical religious "BS" (Belief System), whether Christian, Muslim, Jewish or any other mainstream religion that betrays the ordained "Center" (power of love) for the inordinate "extremes" (love of power).  But universal LOVE makes that enemy obsolete.

 the more we naturally resonate with our divine destiny,
the emerging blueprint for a golden age.

Only a power shift that centers and connects the hearts and minds of the masses with the holy Spirit of LOVE-in-action will effectively counter the divide-to-conquer "BS" that separates humanity from the Higher Power of LOVE-centric Conscience.

What global humanity conceives and believes in regard to the very real opportunity for mass spiritual awakening, we will naturally achieve.  And the higher the concept of LOVE at the heart of the InnerNet -- the web of light infusing Earth's evolutions at this time -- the greater the results on Earth as in Heaven, the quantum field of Unity Conscience morphing the energy grids of Earth with Cosmic LOVE (Quantum Conscience).

THE CHOICE FACING GLOBAL HUMANITY IS THUS EITHER:
(1) The 2010-2012 Catastrophic Time-Line, or
(2) The 2010-2012 Golden Age Time-Line, or
(3) A combination of (1) and (2).

Just as there are two separate realities regarding sovereignty -- the love of power and the power of love -- there is now a great drama playing out for all souls on Earth -- the time-line destiny we individually and collective serve, co-create, or otherwise choose.

Any collective belief system of mass intensity
creates a prayer field (quantum energy field),
the quantum reality of self-fulfilling prophecy.

The catastrophic time-line has its own separate "BS" (Belief System) that global Armageddon must come with wars, plague, economic collapse and cataclysmic Earth changes BEFORE the "2nd Coming" (Great Awakening)... and there are many fear-based people, the poor-in-spirit, who believe religiously that catastrophe must precede a Golden Age.  That religious BS feeds the fear-based Catastrophic Time-Line as a self-fulfilling prophecy.

By contrast, the Golden Age Time-Line conceives, believes and achieves a wholly distinct world view as a catalyst for self-fulfilling prophecy. This is to realize (real eyes) the virtually untapped potential of humanity to wake up, wise up and rise up in resonance with the Galactic energies of unconditional LOVE flooding the planet at this time. 

 Unity Conscience as a Dimensional Shift
 

The Golden Age Timeline is thus in harmony with a cosmic time table, a reality that supersedes our puny understanding of the cosmic scheme of things. This cosmic timetable -- through 2012 -- is a reality that makes the world obsolete as we have known it.  Why?  Because our world views will change with the "dimensional shift"... as cosmic energies emanating from the Great Central Sun of our Milky Way Galaxy resonates in conjunct alignment with the Sun in our own solar system, as explained at "Quantum Conscience."

That reality is a reflex action -- on Earth as in our Galaxy --
as our Sun bathes the Earth with celestial-cosmic fire,
powerful emanations of cosmic frequencies that carry
 the stellar intelligence of a unique singularity nature;
Sovereignty Conscience light waves (frequencies) of
Unity Consciousness, with great intensity to make it so.

This transformation of Earth and global consciousness has accelerated dramatically the last two decades as our solar system has orbited more fully into the Photon Belt of the Galactic Plane.  We can see the synchronicity with the computer/Internet revolution that has eliminated space and time with instant-everywhere knowledge power in our global village.

Now we are about to witness a wholly new paradigm emerge
that defines the 4th Wave of the computer/Internet revolution.

This is the Golden Age Time-Line that will bring sovereignty to:
(1) Self-governing social Conscience in our social networks;
(2) Self learning systems for higher education of Conscience;
(3) Self healing systems for global holistic healing Conscience;
(4) Self employment via abundant Conscience (all the above).

Humanity now has the capability to harmonize with the InnerNet (Galactic Shift) by utilizing the "central nervous system of the body politic" (Internet) for culturing the currency of conscience in all our social, political and economic institutions.  And although this may be disruptive to the status quo that is stuck on the 2010-2012 Catastrophic Time-Line, all enlightened Netizens of Earth will find inspiration in the divine destiny that makes tyranny, ignorance, disease and war obsolete.

The prime directive of, by and for universal sovereignty is a moral compass. And although we can’t legislate morality, we have the power to create an environment in which it can thrive -- divine direction with social Conscience at the heart of our ubiquitous global social networks. Indeed, the way we shape our mass interactive communications infrastructure is the way it will ultimately shape our consciousness and sovereignty.

MORAL COMPASS:
Divine Direction for RE-FORMATION of our Net reality

The real "bottom line" is the choice between freedom or slavery for all souls and civilization at large.

or we're busy dying due to cherished illusions and willful ignorance - no LOVE. 
Heaven knows we need a moral compass that re-directs or otherwise
reforms vision along more enlightened lines of Higher Power. 
The business of evolution for all humanity is at stake.

now requires holistic integration
with this divine-prime

As the Galactic alignment on the outer meets our DNA, consciousness and global powershift on the inner, and as the power of love for healing goes mainstream, the nature of universal sovereignty will become apparent. Planetary civility is at the cross-roads.  Technology has superseded spirituality.  A great material civilization has risen but it has yet to place the "capstone" (Golden Age Vision) -- on the "pyra-mid" (spiritual fire in the middle) as the purpose and PLAN~ (looking down) with the 5-dimensional Conscience that has holistically CROSS-REFERENCED (integrated) the four archetypal "sides" (dimensions) of the pyramid of Self and Civilization:

(1) "Self-governing" (pure intention),
       (2) "Self-correcting" (inspired attention),
             (3) "Self-elevating" (Conscience retention),
        (4) "Salvation" (evolutionary ascension). 

         This healthy, holistic or otherwise holy WHOLE is far greater (synergistically) than
   the sum of the parts, and the synchronicity of this wholly integrated model for
defining, refining, combining (synergizing) and shining our individual and our
     collective Conscience is accelerating the rate of change on the inner and outer
AT THIS UNPRECEDENTED TIME IN COSMIC HISTORY.

that shifts the emphasis of what "computes"

  TO: "the network has a Conscience" (the Inner Net "heart").
   So pay attention since attention pays with this gold standard
-- a gold mine if only we mind it --
with the E-valuation criteria for Net worth as the golden rule
along more enlightened lines; Law of the Angles of G.O.D.
(Geometrically Ordered Divinity)
that frames the Language of the Angels of LOVE;
our better nature.

The emerging blueprint for a golden age has received an enormous boost with
 the Conscious Convergence Movement – the awakening of Unity Conscience.  
 
One in God (Divine Love) is a "majority" since the power of love in the few is a Higher Power
 that our new Net reality multiplies, amplifies and qualifies with the power of LOVE.

As the computer/Internet revolution reboots the
global infrastructure for knowledge power with
the wisdom of a model for culturing "mass TLC",
the nature of those "TLC rules" will naturally rule.

With LOVE as the Rule at the Heart of High Tech "TLC"
