Part One of 'Two Choices: STUCK or LIBERATED'

Is modern civilization 'STUCK'?

Can a Constitutional Republic
recover from corporatocracy
  with a new 'Common Sense'?

Would you agree that 'We the People'
need to wise up and rise up to thrive?

In the infamous 2010 ‘Citizens United’ case,
doctrinaire corporatists gave the power of
"personhood" to a new corporatocracy.

Justice Stevens, in dissent, was compelled to state the obvious:

"... corporations have no consciences, no beliefs, no feelings, no thoughts, no desires.
Corporations help structure and facilitate the activities of human beings, to be sure,
and their 'personhood' often serves as a useful legal fiction. But they are not themselves
members of 'We the People' by whom and for whom our Constitution was established."

Corporatocracy is the hard-core love of power
that puts their stockholders before the public
when profits are at stake. See Corporate Law.

Democracy is the soft-core Power of Love.

A Constitutional Republic has wisdom
to know the important difference.

Article Follows:

You may have noticed the national trend whereby science and public service locally takes a back seat to big money politics nationally. Here in Montana, we've seen the same process playing out with big drama over State Rights and medical marijuana.

Montana has a strong State Constitution that forbids corporate money interfering with State governance. This Constitution was forged in response to the buying of State and National legislators by the robber baron ‘copper kings’ early in the 1900’s.

The violation of State Rights has come to a contentious head over the issue of corporate money surging into Montana to ‘buy’ the election of legislators to support corporate agendas.

This is a big issue in Montana that is getting national media attention. Another big issue here that gets little corporate media attention is medical marijuana. The public voted for it in an election referendum, providers made it available, and then the State Legislature outlawed it, and joint Federal and local law enforcement imprisoned providers after seizing their property and stripping their bank accounts of millions of dollars, splitting the proceeds among themselves.

Soon after Obama was elected, we saw the national health care debate quickly morph from the high sounding words of 'universal health care' to a lowest common denominator medical monopoly dominated by Big Pharma, Big Insurance and a Big Government protection racket for both.  The corporations won.  The public lost.  It’s a national trend.

In 2010, the Federal Supreme Court gave supremacy to corporate interests in the 'Citizens United' case, and we've all witnessed how State and National electioneering is now dominated by big money from corporate interests that put their stockholders before the public whenever profits are at stake.  That is corporate law, and it is diametrically opposed to Constitutional law that elected public officials are sworn to uphold.

If you thought 'Big War' was a racket, consider what a racket 'Big Disease' has become. Big money is at stake.

Follow the money, and you'll now find billions of dollars from big business going to national and state legislators to 'support' their election and defeat of any competing health care system.  These corporate interests operate in the open but with very little media exposure. They work covertly to monopolize public policy.  Their worst nightmare is public demand for preventive 'health assurance' policies as would once again make an ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure.

Selfless public service is the genesis of public health.

Selfish corporate disease profiteering is the nemesis.

That was common sense back before public health care was privatized for corporate profit. But there is no selfless public service when selfish special interests put their personal profit above the public's best interests... using profits to lobby legislators, write legislation, influence the media, script the news, create war, disease and austerity... and otherwise overlook and override the public's interest due to the self-serving collusion of big business with big government.

To be STUCK in that trend is the epitome "DUH"
(
Dumb, Unconscious and Heartless)

We've all witnessed how health care costs have been skyrocketing for decades as disease-treatment profit increasingly trumps authentic care for public health.  It's the nature of the beast, the medical-industrial complex, that challenges the military-industrial complex in the 'making a killing' department... literally.

The cost of the on-going betrayal of public health has been a sick democracy. The U.S. now ranks 37th among modern nations in over-all health care metrics.  We pay the most but the US is in last place among industrialized nations. And the faster we get sick from mercury amalgams, mercury-laced vaccines, fluoridated water, GMO foods, and toxic genetic-damaging food additives like aspartame, MSG and BHT, the more our families and friends suffer and die from degenerative diseases of all kinds... while Wall Street shows record profits for the medical-industrial complex.

Rarely mentioned is the chemtrails (toxic substances) that are spraying us like roaches.  This is a covert CIA black-budget program that is virtually blacked out in the corporate media.  All we know for sure is that the 'dark-side' of government has a highly profitable population reduction agenda for population control.  Always in the name of 'security', privacy suffers as well. Spy drones are now becoming a huge US industry as we saw with airport scanners.

The more we get irradiated, drugged, sick and die, the more profit for the medical-industrial complex. There are far more people now making a living off of disease treatment than disease prevention. The whole system is rigged for profitable treatment, not prevention of those profits. It's killing us slowly, but surely, as a healthy nation.

This is reality folks.   Our legislators have been increasingly bought off by Big Money at the expense of core Constitutional freedoms.  Wall Street trumps Main Street America, time after time.  The biggest contributors to both Obama and Romney campaigns are the same banksters who paid lobbyists to rewrite legislation to deregulate banking -- the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act -- to benefit the banksters who then stripped equity out of the housing market with deception and fraud, which was rewarded by Obama by bailing out the same banksters who plundered the economy.

Apparently, this same system of unabashed federal corruption has infiltrated the halls of the Montana legislature.  I had this confirmed when I attended the "meet the candidates' forum at Emigrant Hall this last month. When I personally asked one District Court candidate what happened with the State Legislation's reversal of the public referendum for medical marijuana, criminalizing the providers, he was quick to tell me it was Big Pharma money coming in from out of State. Legislators took that money and voted their wallets, not their Conscience.

Granted, Big Pharma would lose billions of dollars nationwide if Montana sets a health freedom precedence for use of a home-grown herb that actually cures pain and cancer in many cases, with the only side-effect being short-term euphoria.

But it wasn't just Big Pharma paying off legislators.  It was also the alcohol industry who doesn't want competition either.  Also, there was the extreme 'right' going along because they believed religiously that this herb is a 'demon drug', having suffered PTSD watching "Reefer Madness" in their formative years, and having medicated themselves with alcohol since then. It's hard to argue with that kind of cultural bias. But there is no political ‘right’ if our representatives are both scientifically and morally wrong.

The corporate media is complicit in the corporatocracy cover-up. Rarely to we get even snippets of the trillion dollar per year money-laundering of US banks for CIA-run drug running of opium from Afghanistan and cocaine and marijuana from South America. Such 'black ops' fund other black budget projects like false-flag operations of domestic terror.

Congress has also turned a blind eye for decades to big banks laundering dirty drug money:

How a big US bank laundered billions from Mexico's murderous drug gangs

Banks Financing Mexico Gangs Admitted in Wells Fargo Deal. "Just before sunset on April 10, 2006, a DC-9 jet landed at the international airport in the port city of Ciudad del Carmen, 500 miles east of Mexico City. As soldiers on the ground approached the plane, the crew tried to shoo them away, saying there was a dangerous oil leak. So the troops grew suspicious and searched the jet. They found 128 black suitcases, packed with 5.7 tons of cocaine, valued at $100 million. The stash was supposed to have been delivered from Caracas to drug traffickers in Toluca, near Mexico City, Mexican prosecutors later found. Law enforcement officials also discovered something else.

"The smugglers had bought the DC-9 with laundered funds they transferred through two of the biggest banks in the U.S.: Wachovia Corp. and Bank of America Corp., Bloomberg Markets magazine reports in its August 2010 issue. This was no isolated incident. Wachovia, it turns out, had made a habit of helping move money for Mexican drug smugglers. Wells Fargo & Co., which bought Wachovia in 2008, has admitted in court that its unit failed to monitor and report suspected money laundering by narcotics traffickers -- including the cash used to buy four planes that shipped a total of 22 tons of cocaine."

Gary Webb on C.I.A. Trafficking of Cocaine

Government is obviously out of control when the legislatures and courts support corrupt politics and economics.  That's when our reps forget that Constitutional sovereignty is supposed to thrive at the grass-roots, protected by local Sheriffs and State Representatives. The federal government is supposed to work for the States, NOT the corporatocracy or collaborators in federal bureaucracy.

Obviously the mainstream corporate media won't report this defining health freedom issue in 2012.   That might offend their owners or their sponsors, the mainstream drug pushers who kill hundreds of thousands of Americans yearly with their prescription drug side effects.

Let's pray that a love of liberty, justice and public service upholds the Constitution and the public for which it serves.

Bottom Line:

When the ordained Power of Love organizes,
it consumes the
inordinate love of power.

Do you believe there is no ‘right’ that is morally wrong?

Is it true that authentic spirituality is morally right?

Would you agree that the heart of the Constitution
is morality in good
Conscience?

HONESTY IS WHAT CONSCIENCE DOES
When a man who is honestly mistaken is witness to the truth,
he will either cease being mistaken, or cease being honest.

Conscience is the most sacred of all property.”
~ Chief Architect of the Constitution, James Madison

"It is only when the People become ignorant and corrupt, when they degenerate into a populace,
that they are incapable of exercising their
sovereignty. Let us, by all wise and constitutional measures,
promote intelligence and
virtues among the People, as the best means of preserving our liberties."

~ James Monroe, 5th U.S. President, 1817-1825
