Waking up to the principle of the Divine Feminine is to take heart in the process of wising up and rising up with abundant "Conscience", with a capital "C" as in "see" beyond the 3-D veil of cherished illusions and willful ignorance of soul sensitivities. This is the CHOICE time of 'Jubilee' known anciently as 'Judgment Time'. It's now a global affair: the initiation of Aquarius energies of universal freedom-in-love. This CHOICE requires "discernment of spirits"; the first gift of the Holy Spirit that is the intuitive knowing of the Divine Feminine. Intuitive knowing comes by grace - heart-centered salvation as self-elevation that rises above DUH, denial, dis-ease, depression, dysfunction and devolutionary self-destruction with inordinate fear, anger and "warring in the members".

The
Constitution of Conscience
for universal rights in our global village may seem too "far out"
for many - like talking about the Internet "BC" (Before Computers).
But cosmic-universal law doesn't budge as a standard for getting our act together.
How we shape the infrastructure for the
worldwide web connecting everyone is how we co-Create together.
This is the core issue for ALL of 'US'
as United
Sovereigns
of Earth.
This is the Currency of Conscience that will matriculate the matrix with the Divine Feminine energies at the heart of the Next Economy. This is the CHOICE of Conscience as "smart with a heart"; service to others. Or by default, lowest common denominator selfishness is maintained with the oxymoronic 'value of scarcity' running the old paradigm of scarcity economics; service to self. When the power of love rules, there's always enough to go around. It's not rocket science; it's quantum reality. Believing IS seeing. How we conceive and believe in the power of love is how we achieve it.
The higher the
concept of
in form and frequency, the greater the results. Holy Spirit as
-in-action
is the spirit that matters for defining, refining, combining and
shining our gifts and talents... like so many stars in heaven.
This is the 'Aquarian
Mandate' of, by and for
universal Rights- in
the global Sphere-co-Creating- with

wholEness.
This is the mandate of the Prime
Directive for rise of the
Divine Feminine as nurtures the 'Emotional
Quotient'
(EQ coherence - the heart of IQ). This is the co-Creation balancing
of the left and right hemispheres of the Earth

even as the hemispheres of the brain-field

It's the same
quantum field

with the same 'source code' via the Language of Light and Law of Love.
Common sense of common law/language for
our new Internet COMMONS may yet be uncommon, but an Aquarian Age of
Light and Love is ordained for Earth's evolutions... the easy way or
the hard way.
That's the CHOICE both individually
and collectively.
In the larger scheme of soul evolution,
we all reap what we sow according to the immutable law of cause and
effect, action-reaction, stimulus and response with pure intent to
ascend... or not. And to the extent one serves the ascent of others,
one's own ascent is served. It's a meritocracy of the heart.
What goes around comes around to one's
CHOICE - from moment-to-moment - building momentum for ascent; rise of the Divine Feminine.
So we each have
a CHOICE as victims or victors, fearful or fearless, heartless or
loving. Collectively that CHOICE is either for evolutionary ascent -

- or devolutionary "DUH"
