 The 'Black Hats' of the Deep State are playing dirty - a win/lose mindset of global domination dictates; a lock-step, left-brain, fear-based mind control agenda of terror-for-tyranny tactics via crisis creation and managment.
  
 The 'White Hats' of the Deep State want cooperative win/win with open systems of freedom and opportunity for global 'Netizens' who are connecting with a more enlightened social conscience in global social networks.

So global humanity is facing a serious crisis... and opportunity. We have a choice. We can be fatalistic with fear which is like praying for what we don't want. Or we can be optimistic with faith in a future we can all believe in.
 
We can get along by going along with incessant war mania programmed via blatant propaganda in corporate media - like subservient 'sheeple' - or we can claim the Emerging Blueprint vision of virtue and valor for the victory of 'US' as 'United Sovereigns of Earth'.
 
Those who get their global news from good Internet sources are well aware of the Deep State problem... but few are the Netizen journalists and cultural creatives who have shifted their focus from the deeply entrenched problem to a holistic-systemic solution - The Emerging Blueprint.
 
Global Economic Reset has the potential to usher in CO-OPERATION between both hemispheres of the 'Global Brain' -- West to East -- with global enlightenment of 4+ billion global Netizens who prefer peace and prosperity to war and austerity.
   
But WHERE the Reset is going -- and HOW we're going to get there -- has not been explained for public support. So there's a lot of fear of the unknown, and many are stuck in negativity.
 
Mark my words, a new global order will emerge either the hard way or the easy way. The hard way is incessant 'warring in the members' of the Family of Mankind. The easy way is the path of accelerated transition from Deep State to High State... from the inordinate love of power to the ordained power of love for a global golden age.
 
A prayer field of pure intention is now needed for THREE GOOD REASONS:
 
1- If there is enough enlightened conscience, reset repercussions will be mitigated.
 
2- If you have a month's worth of home preparations, you may not need it, but it's good to be prepared.
 
3- Global economic reset may be different from what you imagined, yet much better than you believed possible.
 
As you probably know regarding the Deep State, the 'Black Hats' in the "Military-Media-Medical industrial complex" behind Hillary wants WWIII with Russia and China. Syria is the flash-point. The Black Hats are provoking war.
 
The whole world is watching.

Election Scam?  Who “owns” the count?

In the 2016 Presidential Election, 98% of our votes will be recorded on memory cards and counted by computers. The computers are managed by private companies who do not allow voters to have access to their process or their results. We have out-sourced the vote recording process and the vote counting process to a very small handful of very secretive private corporations that serve the Deep State.

In those voting districts where Trump is leading, the vote tally can be easily flipped to show that Hillary won, just as many polls have been flipped by opertives to show Hillary winning.

The Deep State demonstrated its authoritarian 'power above sovereignty' principle' with endless Mideast wars for oil and petrodollar hegemony to underwrite morally bankrupt U.S. foreign and domestic policies that are anti-sovereignty. But that entire Deep State corruption complex is disintegrating due to the 'Enlightened State' of global Net reality.
 
We're ALL in this together.
 
Virtually no one in the highly centralized, top-down, one-way Deep State western media is reporting the dynamics of global economic reset as explained at Deep State.
 
Conversely, billions of highly decentralized and interactive global Netizens - the 'Net roots' (grassroots) of Net reality - are yearning to breathe free from Deep State dystopia and dysfunction that divides to conquer through win/lose competition rather than win/win cooperation.
 
 In the meantime, be aware that our newly enlightened global Net reality is neutralizing the "dark-side" (Black Hats) of the Deep State which is flailing around like a wounded dragon.

This was the question posed recently by David Bollier, a policy strategist, activist, and a leading voice in the commons movement.
  
In an effort to find the answer, Bollier and his colleague Anna Grear, a law professor at Cardiff University, connected with a number of people about the "positive, practical steps that anyone can take in dealing with the terrible challenges of our time."
  
One result of their efforts is the short film, Re-imagine the Future (below), which features conversations with international law professors, human rights advocates and activists who participated in the Operationalising Green Governance workshop outside of Paris earlier this year.
 
The film serves to inspire, inform and remind us that "new ways of thinking, acting and being are urgently needed." It points to commoning, and the need to involve the planet in all of our decisions, as a central piece of the solution.
 
 As Richard Falk, Professor Emeritus at Princeton University says in Re-imagine the Future, "The unregulated way the world economy has been operating has contributed to global inequality of a dangerous sort... creating a lack of confidence in the fairness of the way in which politics are organized."
  
 Falk adds that people need new ways of interacting with governments and institutions if we're to "evolve the new kind of planetary politics that are needed to meet the challenges of our age."
