) nature of the instant-everywhere-interactive interNet reality). As above, so below. And with the rate of change accelerating, we are now seeing a quantum shift of global consciousness in all "dimensions" (

) this year through 8-8-08 when the Olympics are hosted in China.

Over the last one hundred years, the Celebration of Wesak has become a World Festival of Spirituality, emphasizing the Eastern traditions of unity in all diversity that represents the "right hemisphere's" (right brain's)

rientation to "logic" from a more "wh

listic" perspective... just as Western consciousness has emphasized a more

inear

eft-hemispheric sense of "

ogic and

ocality" (individuality and separateness) that sees diversity in all unity.

Because true spirituality -- both East and West -- has been co-opted by so much divisive religious doctrine and dogmatic "BS" (Belief Systems), the true meaning of the "Buddhic-Christic consciousness" has been "veiled" (obscured) to the masses of both Buddhists and Christians. But 2008 is a turning point in the converging cycles of cosmogenesis through the 2012 "O-point" (spherical consciousness) that is inadvertently the JUDGMENT (discernment test) for emerging global humanity.

For each and all, this is the Big Shift "test that's best" at the Cusp of Aquarius. With deeper entry into the Photon Belt and increasing alignment with the Galactic Centre through 2012, Earth's evolutions are inexorably moving from the lock-step left-brain dominance of Piscean Patriarchal values (ownership & control) to the Aquarian dispensation of balance with Matriarchal virtues (universal LOVE in form and frequency).

Obviously the prophesied "end of time" (as we know it), is also the end of social institutions that no longer serve the sacred purpose for which they were created. But this is to be expected and facilitated, not feared. The beginning of a Golden Age is, indeed, the end of the world as we have known it. Harmonizing and healing the morphic grids of planetary consciousness begins with a prayer field of anticipation that SEES the change we want to achieve.

The "veil" is thinning rapidly. Enlightened Truth-telling is making willful ignorance increasingly obsolete. Budding Enlightenment at the heart of "Buddhism" -- and Christ-like Conscience at the heart of Christianity -- have always shared the same pure intention that seeks retention of focused attention on the upward-mobile ascension of "full-spectrum light" (language of conscience) that cultures the angels of our better nature.

The name and the "flame" of enlightened Buddhist/Christian CONSCIENCE is the same. There is no TRUTH like the enlightened PRESENCE of universal LOVE "in form" (Law of the Angles) that frames the function of the holy Spirit of LOVE-in-action "in frequency" (Language of the Angels, as in frequently).

The VISION alone (all one), serves as a catalyst for Morphic grid resonance at a higher level. The higher the concept of applications for universal LOVE -- such as an interactive interface for mass-to-mass TeLeComm~unity of balanced heart-mind synergy -- the greater the results in our social networks, collective conscience and global village self-governance. Self-elevation of a salvation nature thus becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that heralds the divine destiny of the BIG SHIFT.

Indeed, few are aware of the teachings of reincarnation and "karma" (cosmic law) as taught by the Ascended Masters through their ordained Messengers in this last century. How many are aware that Saint Germain inspired U.S. Founders just as he has worked through many Messengers since then? How many people know the real story of the most successful spiritual movement in recent U.S. history through the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet... until the government came in after the Waco massacre and dismantled the thriving organization which was going mainstream through public access TV stations nationwide? The fact that "spiritual warfare" (Armageddon) has intensified with gross materialism in America has not escaped the attention of true devotees of the Masters.

Through E.C. Prophet, the Masters described the "dark night of the 90's" as a challenge of the initiation at the two-thirds level of the pyramid, the place of the heart chakra, such that the ultimate test of the heart would be whether it would “faint not and endure". The Masters likened these initiations of spiritual community to the time of the American Civil War: "You must know where you are in the course of history and the course of prophecy… Now we come to the era of the testing of this movement, even as this nation under God was tested and is being tested to see whether it could long endure."

The miracle of the Internet is that it took off to inspire a decentralized, grass-roots (Net roots) revolution in higher consciousness which has opened the floodgates of a New Global Enlightenment that has inspired and linked the light of lightworkers worldwide. But we are still being tested.

There is a theme to this testing -- a "golden thread" of mission that weaves the fabric of the New Global Enlightenment. That wise guy, Ben Franklin, referenced this theme when he said at the outset of the American Revolution, "Either we all hang together, or most assuredly, we will all hang separately." Today, that theme is a direct reference to the "currency of conscience" that is matriculating the matrix of the world wide web.

It's the same theme of Wesak -- the Eastern understanding of the “antakaranna” (web of light) which is now understood by Western science as the morphic field of quantum energy. Indigenous peoples have understood this, as one famous American Indian said so well:

Of course the Wikipedia source re: Roger Bacon does not give reference to this embodiment of Saint Germain. As with many mainstream media organizations, it has been infiltrated by a politically correct bias that denies the authenticity of Masters, the role of reincarnation, or accountability to a Higher Power that ultimately rewards pure intent with greater opportunity to serve Earth's evolution. But having studied the Masters' Teachings, East and West for 30 years -- including in-depth involvement with E.C. Prophets organization for two decades -- the "golden thread" of their message becomes self-evident.

I was there when that dictation by Saint Germain was given, and I can witness to the larger context and meaning of THE PLAN he is referring to. It was in specific reference to the highest and best way to unite for "MasterMind consciousness". A way that represents the pure intention of Ascended Masters for a PLAN whereby we focus our attention on a process for evolutionary ascension. That's both a personal and planetary process whereby each soul's up-rising in the web of light helps to "float all boats". This is what the "Quantum Shift" is all about, and time is indeed of the essence as the veil thins through 2012.

I know it may seems that I've gotten off track of the Wesak 2008 festival, and you can read a good overview the spiritual heritage of that Eastern tradition at "The Global Festival of Wesak." I also realize that religious fundamentalists have a problem with anything "Buddha", especially in association with Theosophical teachings that some link to all things conspiratorial, but I hope to make a point of the common ground with Western "upwising" movements so we can move to higher ground in the Spirit of Unity and LOVE.

I was the Communications Director for Dr. Len Horowitz in Sandpoint Idaho back in the summer of 2001, a few months before 9-11. Len had just finished a well-documented book called "Death In the Air" that warned of the global terrorism agenda of the power elite. I had no idea how prescient if not prophetic that book would prove to be, but I got to know Len as a brilliant scholastic researcher who fearlessly champions truth-telling for global healing as few people on Earth. Len has a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University, and he puts his scholastic credentials to good use.

Horowitz is most famous, or infamous to some, for his best seller, "AIDS, Ebola and Emerging Viruses", which documents a definitive paper trail on the government contracts with biowar labs that created and deployed HIV into black and homosexual populations with Hepatitis B vaccines. Since I had already studied the corroborating literature from Dr, Strecker, Dr. Cantwell, and other courageous doctors who had come forward with little or no mainstream media coverage (except for character assassination), I was naturally appreciative of the in-depth analysis of the cover-up by Dr. Horowitz.

But I wasn't prepared for what Len told me personally about the "invisible hand" behind the creation of his later book, HEALING CODES. It's a "message" from Saint Germain, Hierarch of the Aquarian Age, and behind the veil sponsor of the global Internet rEVOLUTION in Higher Consciousness.

In his book, HEALING CODES, Horowitz unveils the lost "Pythagorean Skein" -- the mathematical code to frequencies for healing with light and sound that Horowitz's friend, Dr. Joseph Barber, discovered in a coded cipher in the King James version of the Bible. These geometric and frequency healing codes were taught by the ancient Greek mathematics genius, mystic and scientist Pythagoras at his mystery school at Croton, Calibria in Southern Italy.

This secret cipher code for healing with light and sound was written into the Bible by the same author of the Shakespearean plays, Sir Francis Bacon, who directed the team of scholars who wrote the King James version of the Bible. The book, The Shakespeare Code, also reveals how cipher code in the Shakespearean plays explains how Sir Francis was the legitimate heir of the English throne but was denied his rightful role by the power politics of his day. The author of the Shakespeare Code, now deceased, lived in my former neighborhood, Golden Age village in Glastonbury Montana.

Modern day mystery schools and the famous scholar on the Divine Destiny of America, Manly Hall, have taught that the soul of Sir Francis Bacon was the same soul of Saint Germain who later, as an ascended master, overshadowed (sponsored) U.S. Founding Fathers in their pioneering of the great experiment in representative self-government. This is all background to the truly astounding revelation that Horowitz shared with me while living and working with him.

Dr. Horowitz told me personally that, while he was writing HEALING CODES, an "angel" personage appeared to him, sat beside him and inspired him as he wrote with extraordinary speed and lucidity. When Len humbly shared this with me, I asked him who he thought this might have been, and his impression was the "Seven Angel" of Revelations that, unbeknownst to Len (according to the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet) is the same soul and Hierarch of the Aquarian Age, Saint Germain.

The HEALING CODES were obviously to be released FOR THIS TIME so that global civilization could begin the 2000 year Aquarian cycle with mathematical laws and harmonic language for culturing a Golden Age in frequency and form. Dr. Horowitz has continued publishing and lecturing with books, tapes and videos that feature numerous health disciplines including his recent work on "LOVE CODES".

There are many paths to the same mountaintop, and although Len may not be familiar with the Teachings of the Ascended Masters, he has a genetic lineage as "Son of Solomon" going all the way back to King David. As a messianic Christ-like Jew in the tradition of rabbi-rouser Jesus, Len's message is indeed prophetic for our time, as you can see at his website.
