As you may know, for every article on the Internet about the rise of civilization, there are a thousand articles on a crisis or conspiracy or doomsday scenario that makes you want to crawl in bed, pull up the covers and cry,"Good bye cruel world!"

The big test of 2014 is to strike the root of the fearsome 'dweller on the threshold of higher Self and global Civilization'.  We don't unlock the GLOBAL TREASURY without fearless faith in a Higher Power of Greater Wisdom with Universal ... the key to the TREASURY: the KINGdom Conscience whereby ALL are sovereign 'K.IN.G.' with the "Keys to the INner Sense of G.O.D.~... the INnerNet at the heart of the InterNet.

Global humanity now faces THE CHOICE to either co-Create the world
  through a constructive transformation process from Internet to InnerNet
  or by default, the destructive devolution of civility in our social networks.

 Mobile devices are projected to put over half the world's population online by 2018 some 3.9 billion Internet users according to Cisco's State of the Internet Report released today. Cisco claims that mobile devices, responsible for 33% of all traffic last year, will surge to 57% by 2018, driving the expansion of InterNet access worldwide. <cut>
Smartphones have finally become cheap enough for these emerging markets. Mozilla recently released a phone for just $25, undercutting heavyweights like Apple and Samsung. Mark Zuckerberg's "on-ramp to the Internet" promises to bring more people online who may not fully realize how useful the Internet can be in their daily lives.
Google Founder Eric Schmidt is even more bullish than Cisco. Last year he tweeted: "For every person online, there are two who are not. By the end of the decade, everyone on Earth will be connected."
Cisco expects to see the greatest InterNet access growth in Asia and Africa, which the company predicts will have 2.1 billion and 431 million users by 2018, respectively. This makes sense with their assertion that mobile will drive InterNet access growth, as smartphones and tablets are generally cheaper than PCs that don't do much more online.

                             Our Treasury Is the Spirit that Matters
 
The U.S. Treasury is NOT the source of America's abundance.  The source of wealth for the American people has always been the spirit that matters at the heart of families and communities and now our new Net reality for all global Netizens.
 
The pure intention of good will, creative loving kindness and public-serving inventive genius has always been the true source of social advances with greater civility.

People worldwide now know that it was the privately owned 'FED' central bank that co-opted (privatized) the U.S. Treasury in 1913, creating wars for the profit and power of a corrupt militarized corporate government that no longer represents the vision and virtue of core Constitutional freedoms whereby "Conscience is the most sacred of all property",  a quote by James Madison, Chief Architect of the Constitution.
 
Early America thrived because the American people had a moral compass. Schools used to teach morality at an early age.  Now that common core morality has been secularized by politically correct education policies called 'Common Core' but without a moral core.
 
Just as the public can't be both ignorant and free, neither can we unlock the global TREASURY without the 'Currency of Conscience' at the heart of a 'Whole Systems Upgrade' for the evolutionary ascent of social conscience in our global social networks.
 
The disruption of endless war corruption is no longer sustainable. It's an insult to the hearts and minds of sovereign Netizens worldwide.

                     at the heart of THE VISION for both 'Self' and 'Civilization'...
     Centering and connecting with our highest and best gifts, talents and
                     "Source Resource" (5D Conscience) for Effective Sensory Perception...
     Fulfilling the Great Law of the Spirit that Matters; what goes around to the end
                      of one civilization comes around to the beginning of another.

Cosmic is a work in progress of, by and for all our US - United Sovereigns with Universal Solidarity; a Unity State of vision, virtue and valor that vows for the victory of more ... easier and sooner than later.
 
It's like the eye of the hurricane. When you are centered and connected with the spirit that matters, there is relative calm and discernment of spirits, whether negative or positive.  But when we loose that cool, calm and collected center within, we get caught up in the external swirl of faithless fear that negates fearless faith.

Global humanity naturally reaps the whirlwind when it gets off 'center', so as the Schumann Resonance of the Earth increases with a higher alpha wave frequency, resonance with this higher frequency in the 'holodeck field' between your ears naturally upgrades your mental body with higher alpha waves which challenge any lower frequency "BS" (Belief System) that is "Stuck In Negativity" (SIN).

Higher frequencies disturb the ego but liberate the soul. That why 'centering' with profound peace and wholEness -- to connect with the spirit that matters -- is the source of higher power, wise dominion and coherent love that weaves the fabric of the universal field.

This morphic source field is now rapidly morphing the matrix of our DNA resonance that sets the matrix for human resonance with the cosmic laws and language of the universe.

So keep the faith. It's all connected and in natural order with universal principles that frame Geometric Ordered Divinity () governing the holographic universe as registers in your brain 'holodeck' and corresponds to the heartware interface for global TeLeComm.

Take heart because the body can adapt to the higher frequencies in the Earth and the morphogenetic DNA mutations that resonate in the body and brain field of consciousness.

This adaptation is quickening consciousness and awakening 'sleepers' whose soul contract is to wise up and rise up with ordained solutions for our personal and planetary problems.

        This is a time of unprecedented opportunity. An amazing time to be alive!
