Constitutional Crisis of Epic Proportions

Follow the money for the signs of the times.
Follow your conscience for common sense.

By Christopher Rudy

In Chuck Baldwin’s recent January 20th column, archived at http://chuckbaldwinlive.com/home/?p=2875, he wrote:

The European Union (EU) Times posted a report on January 9, 2011, that calls the Tucson shooting an “assassination.” And according to the report, the target was not Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, but rather Federal Judge John Roll. (Roll died in the Tucson attack.)

Roll, the Times reports, had issued a preliminary ruling against the Obama administration’s use of an Executive Order (EO) to confiscate targeted monies of the American citizenry… in much the same way that an EO by President Franklin D. Roosevelt was used to confiscate the American people’s privately held gold in 1933.

How much do you know about the Federal judge who was killed in Tucson the day the Congresswomen was shot?  Not much I’ll bet.  The mainstream media scrubbed the possible motive of the crazed gunman who claimed he was under mind control.

Was it just coincidence that Judge Roll was a staunch opponent of the overreach of the Federal government’s authority?

Specifically:

1. He ruled against federal imposition on states rights in gun law matters,

2. He ruled against elements of the Patriot Act (the part where federal "law enforcement agents" can seize your bank account without cause),

3. He ruled against the newly announced FEMA Governor system in which the federal government plans to take the power of elected state Governors and put in in the hands of federally-appointed "regional" governors in the case of an "emergency", and

4. The week before the shooting, Judge Roll issued a preliminary ruling against the Federal seizure of Arizona State assets without the approval of the State.

Think about that.  How rare is it that a Federal Judge stands up to Fed-Gov. encroachment subverting core Constitutional freedoms?

And do you think our government would confiscate public wealth like they confiscated privately held gold in 1933?  Is it true that Wall Street has been responsible for confiscating the wealth of Main Street Americans – and their homes – by rigging derivative bubbles that strip equity out of markets?  Are you aware how they’ve done this with high frequency computerized ‘micro-trading’ in not just the housing market, but in bubble after bubble, the current one being food commodities?

You may have noticed that all the legislation that came with the bankster bailouts did not create any laws against profit taking on the way down of bubble markets as well as on the way up.  Established in 1933 and repealed in 1999, the Glass-Steagall Act prevented the rigging of markets by allowing profit-taking only on the way up. The banking industry had been seeking the repeal of Glass-Steagall since at least the 1980s.  With the advent of high-frequency computerized trading following the deregulation of Glass-Steagall, the highly profitable tactic of creating market bubbles to strip equity out the markets has concentrated enormous wealth for the superrich who now can virtually 'buy elections' with massive amount of corporate money.

If the public is to wake up to the core cause of the serious Constitutional crisis, they'll have to realize how corporate law has overturned Constitutional law with the "Supreme Court Decision" this last year, enthroning stockholder interests above public interests whenever profits are at stake.

Justice Stevens, in dissent, was compelled to state the obvious: "... corporations have no consciences, no beliefs, no feelings, no thoughts, no desires. Corporations help structure and facilitate the activities of human beings, to be sure, and their personhood often serves as a useful legal fiction. But they are not themselves members of 'We the People' by whom and for whom our Constitution was established."

Conscience-challenged plunder of America’s wealth is behind the destruction of America’s health. Conscientious common sense may be uncommon, but the healing crisis in America – specifically the sick health care system – will find no resolution unless and until the currency of Conscience -- the prime directive of the Constitution – takes precedence to the currency of money.

“Conscience is the most sacred of all property.”
~ James Madison, Chief Architect of the Constitution,
4th U.S. President

Corporate law and the way we fund elections does not serve public health.  It serves corporate health at the expense of public health. We have a sick health care system because there’s more profit in disease and sickness care – a disease care system -- than in disease prevention with common sense health care policies.  Read: “Universal Self Care” and realize that the only reason such common sense is uncommon is because a pound of disease treatment is 16 times more profitable that an ounce of disease prevention. The military-industrial complex is only rivaled by the medical-industrial complex in the massive scale of profits-before-people values for literally 'making a killing'.

Follow the money:

"The combined profits for the ten drug companies in the Fortune 500 ($35.9 billion) were more than the profits for all the other 490 businesses put together ($33.7 billion) [in 2002]. Over the past two decades the pharmaceutical industry has moved very far from its original high purpose of discovering and producing useful new drugs. Now primarily a marketing machine to sell drugs of dubious benefit, this industry uses its wealth and power to co-opt every institution that might stand in its way, including the US Congress, the FDA, academic medical centers, and the medical profession itself."

Common Sense would tell us that, without Constitutional law as the standard for civility, predatory policies of highly organized greed will be enforced by police state policies which invert, subvert and pervert the golden rule, i.e., “He who has the gold (money) makes the rules”.

THIS IS SERIOUS FOLKS!  The overturning of Constitutional law with the "Supreme Court Decision" this last year has now morphed to the next pathological level just the other day… BUT THE CORPORATE MEDIA IS BARELY REPORTING THIS:

U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision: Constitution is Void
http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=xprnw.20110118.CL31921

ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark decision that serves to allow judges to void the Constitution in their courtrooms.  The decision was issued on January 18, 2011, and the Court did not even explain the decision (Docket No. 10-632, 10-633, and 10-690).  One word decisions: DENIED.

Presented with this information and massive proof that was not contested in any manner by the accused judges, at least six of the justices voted to deny the petitions:

"There is no legal or factual basis whatsoever for the decisions of the lower courts in this matter.  These rulings were issued for corrupt reasons.  Many of the judges in the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit are corrupt and violate laws and rules, as they have done in this case.  The Supreme Court must recognize this Petition as one of the most serious matters ever presented to this Court."

The key questions answered negatively by the U.S. Supreme Court was:

"Whether federal courts must be stopped from operating corruptly and ignoring all laws, rules, and facts."

By denying the petitions, SCOTUS has chosen to sanction corruption by federal judges and to allow federal judges to void sections of the Constitutional at will.  Read the rest of the article

THE BOTTOM LINE:

The rich get richer, then buy elections
October 24, 2010, San Francisco Chronicle (San Francisco's leading newspaper)

It's a perfect storm. I'm talking about the dangers facing our democracy. First, income in America is now more concentrated in fewer hands than it has been in 80 years. Almost a quarter of total income generated in the United States is going to the top 1 percent of Americans. The top one-tenth of 1 percent of Americans now earn as much as the bottom 120 million of us. Who are these people? They're top executives of big corporations and Wall Street, hedge-fund managers and private equity managers. Hundreds of millions of dollars are pouring into advertisements for and against candidates - without a trace of where the dollars are coming from. They're laundered through a handful of groups. Most Americans are in trouble. Their jobs, incomes, savings and even homes are on the line. They need a government that's working for them, not for the privileged and the powerful. Yet their state and local taxes are rising. And their services are being cut. There's no jobs bill to speak of. Washington says nothing can be done. There's no money left. No money? The marginal income tax rate on the very rich is the lowest it has been in more than 80 years. Under President Dwight Eisenhower ... it was 91 percent. Now it's 36 percent. We're losing our democracy to a different system. It's called plutocracy.

The end of an election cycle shaped by corporate cash is apt timing for a book that argues that the dominant color in U.S. politics is neither red nor blue but "puke green." Taibbi, the Rolling Stone writer who likened Goldman Sachs to "a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity," explains how America has become "a paradise for high-class thieves." Captains of industry and Wall Street wizards -- abetted by their "slavish [lapdogs]" on Capitol Hill and a feckless press corps -- levered lobbying clout, their mastery of legal loopholes and pithy sound bites to hijack the political process and con middle-class voters into backing policies that favor the rich. Taibbi identifies the godmother of that "grifter class" as objectivist An Rand, whose disciple Alan Greenspan, the former Fed chairman, championed the deregulation that ushered in a succession of elegant scams. From the mortgage crisis to health car reform, Taibbi chronicles the corruption of the political process with indignation and dark humor. The takeaway? Be angry, but blame the right culprits.

Judicial Constitutional Quotables:

“Congressional legislation contrary to the federal Constitution is null and void
and cannot be enforced by a court of law.”

~ Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall
in Marbury v. Madison, 1803

Note: This decision by the Supreme Court established the power of JUDICIAL REVIEW in the U.S. Supreme Court.
This power, which was later extended to all federal courts, authorizes the federal judiciary to review laws
enacted by Congress and the president and to invalidate those that violate the Constitution.

“However the [Supreme] Court may interpret the provisions of the Constitution,
it is still the Constitution which is the law and not the decision of the Court.”

~ Charles Warren (1932)

“The most important moral, political, and cultural decisions affecting our lives are steadily being removed from
democratic control. Only Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas attempt to
give the Constitution the meaning it had for those who adopted it.”
~ former federal judge, Robert H. Bork

“Day by day, case by case, (the court) is busy designing
a Constitution for a country I do not recognize.”
~ Supreme Court Justice Scalia

“The Judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners constantly
working underground to undermine the foundation of our confederated fabric”.

~ Thomas Jefferson, 1820

“... the Federal Judiciary; an irresponsible body (for impeachment is scarcely a scarecrow),
working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow,
and advancing its noiseless step like a thief, over the field of jurisdiction, until all
shall be usurped from the States, and the government of all be consolidated into one...
when all government... in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the
centre of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another
and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated.
~ Thomas Jefferson, 1821

Comment by CR:

If you read “2011 Predictions”, you’re well aware that the Constitutional crisis may well pale by comparison to more critical issues facing global humanity in 2011.  Perhaps you’ll agree that many of the symptoms of social dis-ease that are now self-evident can only be resolved with a global rEVOLUTION in higher Conscience.

Sometimes that which seems outrageous gets supported by later evidence, like the evidence of Planet X which the mainstream masses will witness in 2011.  Many of those reading this are already convinced of the well-documented evidence of Planet X, even though any evidence is considered taboo or outrageous by politicized science, conveniently blacked out by the highly controlled corporate media.

As the veil thins at an accelerated rate with 2011 Galactic Alignment, the prime directive for Conscious Evolution will bring “consequences” (selective judgment) for those who ‘get it’ as well as those who lack discernment.  May the security of purity – pure intention – serve you well.
