Half of a definitive global problem solving process is a well defined vision whereby “the cup is half full” with a can do spirit to fulfill the highest and best use of our God-given gifts and talents.
The blame game is off the mark.
Our God-given gifts and talents
only follow from the
Love in action
that is
for giving.
The other half of a definitive global problem solving process is the clearly defined problem to be resolved, including the stinking thinking of paradigm paralysis whereby “the cup is half empty” and just doesn’t get it… that we’ll get what we’ve always got if we do what we’ve always done… and to expect otherwise – when nothing else changes – is an appropriate definition of insanity. The problem, in other words, is when we blame the insane... rather than frame what IS sane in order to make it so.
Reality as a definitive LOVE-CENTRIC SOLUTION will not budge
Obviously, the solution comes out of the future vision and past understanding that makes a conscious choice for resolution of the infinite and eternal in the HERE AND NOW.
The low road for civilization has always been the
psychology of public subservience to tyranny through
subconscious
trance-formation
(fear-based reaction) to
Machiavellian crisis management,
commonly appealing to force, gods of war and the martial law that justifies
power without principle, commerce without conscience, and
governing without the grace of wisdom that
embodies the
power of love.
In other words, the low road is the paradigm paralysis of power struggles
from the top down, for lack of LOVE-mediating power from the bottom up.
This is why corrupt rulers subscribe to creation and management of crisis;
to force the public to surrender freedoms for a false sense of security,
demanding subservience out of co-dependant love of power (coercion)
rather than earning faith through independent
power of love (cooperation).
Raise the standard of fearless faith in a vision of wholeness
-- for holistic healing of self-government at all levels --
and that healing becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The high road for civilization has always been the Spirit that matters
on Earth as in Heaven through
supraconscious trance-formation (faith-based proactive) with
LOVE-centric
syntheses.
But when we are fully conscious of HOW we are conscious in the here and now,
we exit the sub or supra conscious trance-formation process and
consciously process the past and future portents as will
most likely culture
full-spectrum conscience
in the fully present and pregnant
NOW, to give BIRTH to
A New Earth.

Of course the "mediator" in the process is the "middle way" where past meets future in the "pregnant" NOW. Fully present awareness in the fully conscious NOW embraces the currency of conscience -- individual and collective -- that conceives, believes and achieves Net reality on the inner and the outer ; not just the nonlinear web of inner sense that connects all sentient life on Earth with the Morphic energy of the Galactic Shift that is morphing consciousness of humanity and morphing the energy grids of planetary Earth, but also, the external worldwide web of the instant-everywhere-interactive Internet that is naturally evolving in morphic resonance with planetary change dynamics to define and refine an upgrade of the U.S. Founders' core Constitutional freedoms as will culture a global Golden Age.

The community conscience culturing and building process is the same movement towards wholEness in our all-connected social networks that now define our global village community of "The Family of Man". What we see now is the chaos and confusion of corruption in our social, political and economic institutions -- the last stage before REAL community of a LOVE-centric social conscience in our all-connected social networks.

Heaven knows that the "mediator" for the Family of Man in our global village is ideally the full-spectrum conscience that represents the angels of our better nature. Indeed, it is the web of conscience in the world wide web of Net reality that would ideally mediate the mass media's mass mind -- the High Road to a Golden Age civilization. And obviously, the future NOW in that regard begins with pure intention that focuses attention on the golden rule/law language that will mediate an "up-wising and up-rising" (evolutionary ascension) of, by and for BIRTH of a Golden Age.

Common sense would tell us that an individual or civilization can rise no higher than their CONSCIENCE at the heart of the social communication networks that culture our conscious BEING and world-at-large. The higher the here-now awareness of HOW our individual and collective BEING can "BE IN God" (the anagram for BEING), the greater the results.

Common sense of that evolutionary ascent process may be uncommon, but there's nothing more valuable than this vision -- how to make it so -- at this cusp of the Aquarian Dispensation when the can do spirit of common sense can do what it takes to make it so... the power of love.

It is the fire of desire -- with pure intention for the pure geometry of divine order -- that frames and focuses our attention on the inexorable process of evolutionary ascension. That upward-mobile "soulution" -- for all souls -- has always been the spirit that matters for evolutionary ascent. This is the Spirit of good will -- reflecting and perfecting God's will -- for Great LOVE on Earth as in heaven. Without that Spirit, a soul cannot see the vision of virtue for evolutionary ascent of a Golden Age, even when it is otherwise self-evident to other souls as a definitive path to self-evident soulutions for self-correcting, self-governing, self-elevation of a "salvation" nature.
Without vision --

Civilizations like individuals rise or fall according to eternal laws for the accountability of souls, both individually and collectively. level.
This means that anything other than
LOVE as an expression of BEING
is an artificial and unnatural construct disconnected from reality
as the wholly conscious currency of BE IN God (BEING).
It is consciousness of
HOW one is fully conscious
with the Spirit that matters in our
Net reality
that defines, refines and thus shines

LOVE-in-action
at the heart of our new
awareness and
B E I N G.
Each and all souls
will go to where they are 'coming from' in the eternal scheme of evolutionary
ascent.
