      - Self-perfecting database standards for building health will prevent and treat disease best.
      - The ability to define what works best now requires doing better with Freedom of Speech.

5 -  A holistic health care model (integrating all the above) -- Freedom to Redress Government
      - Accountability to the purpose that public health systems have vowed to serve.
      - Informed choice has the power to heal ALL our social, political and economic institutions.
