           Just as freedom has always been abused by tyrants, those who have a vested interest in scarcity for profit and control have little regard for Internet freedom and opportunity.  Few would disagree that there is an imbalance in the world today with checks and balances in government now over-run by Executive Orders and war powers that have disempowered both Judicial and Legislative branches of government.  Or as Walt Witman once said so well, it is "...the perennial conspiracy of the status quo against the best and brightest ."

           Will mediocre minds prevail in maintaining scarcity by instituting strangling regulations that kill infant I-Net innovations?  Of those who read the signs of the times, who will have the foresight and the courage to trendfit our institutions to the network-centric realities that have eliminated time and space in our "global village"?
