The beginning of wisdom in understanding the full potential of
global TeLeConscience is to appreciate the currency of
conscience that is wholly aware how we each have a
lower self (ego) and a higher Self with a capital 'S'
as in Security within the purity of intention and
attention with retention in dimensions where
 fearless faith neutralizes faithless fear.

There is no security without purity.
There's no purity without conscience.
There's no conscience without heart.

Education of the heart, with heartware,
will mainstream TeLeConscience.

  Consider that the collective consciousness of global
   humanity is a mixed bag of mature and childish minds
in a full spectrum of gifts and talents qualified by the
  common cause and right of freedom of conscience.

The new paradigm of quantum reality has shown us
 how the Emerald Matrix is a matter of frequencies
in an ocean of vibration actuality that we subjugate
as reality with the Language of Light (conscience).

 The specific frequencies of the Emerald Matrix are
  the blue and the yellow that combine to make green
   that represents truth and wisdom for healing when
  there is sufficient care (TLC) applied... frequently. 

Consider how global enlightenment with
computer/Internet evolution trends will
 empower wisdom via TeLeComm at the
heart of a big shift in our 'Net reality'
as from emphasis on hardware (IBM),
     to the emphasis on software (Microsoft),
 and emphasis on netware (Netscape),
  to the emerging heartware (Heartcom).

mainstream news is co-opted by giant media
conglomerates with an agenda to misinform
or otherwise control what we are allowed
to know, well-informed choice is limited
 and other core freedoms are abused.

Just as we have a horse-and-buggy legislative system
      in the Space Age, mainstream media (MSM) still utilizes a
     policy of highly centralized, one-way, mass programming
      of the mass mind without feedback - as is now possible -
     with instant mass-to-mass Internet interaction as can be
      optimized with heartware for collective TeLeConscience.

The Fairness Doctrine, requiring alternative opinions,
    was once official public policy, but now removed just as
     the banking regulations that caused the 2008 meltdown.

     Public education is now seeing the “federal government”
      (aka corporatocracy) take over control of our kids’ minds
      with billions of dollars of private funds, as via Bill Gates,
     going into federal standards for teaching to the test and
     testing a curriculum that molds minds with an agenda of
WHAT to think rather than HOW to think for yourself.
 
    That Orwellian agenda is called ‘Common Core’

not only with current capabilities to originate multi-media programs

 REAL community is distinguished from virtual or pseudo community

cognitive functions in the brain holodeck, heartware will optimize
the TeLeConscience that thrives on the TLC 'light of Conscience'

is liberated from pathological paradigm paralysis (stinking thinking)
  when the principles and processes of heartware are integrated into
the interactive architecture of installed and operational networks.

Almost 4 billion global Netizens are now connecting online to find
 a world where the only check and balance on power elite policies
  comes from those in power who are too often tools of psychopath
 agendas for war, disease and destruction for the profit of a few.

If properly positioned & promoted in social networks,
the VISION alone...  how heartware works to center
     and connect collective common sense with more light,
  can be the catalyst for a global self-fulfilling prophecy.
