There are two polar opposite models of business governance that are checked and balanced by a harmonizing 3^rd model which mediates the respective strengths and weakness of the “complimentary” opposites. These three models are:  

1.  POWER ELITE MODEL (“royal blue”/2^nd wave), characterized by highly centralized, top-down, specialized/compartmentalized, linear command-and-control systems that are closed to outer input – the military model where orders are not questioned.  In extreme, this system typically leads to “lock-step” logic that self-justifies tyranny of the few over the many; absolute power corrupts absolutely, resorting to Machiavellian abuse of power whereby the power elite and their bought-off minions sell their soul habits of purity (fearless faith in a God of Love) for the power elite perks of prestige (pride), profit ($ / things) and/or power over men… inverting the power or love with the love of power.

2.  PUBLIC SPHERE MODEL (“warm pink”/4th wave), characterized by an interactive, highly decentralized (love-centric), “bottom-up” (grassroots), freedom-based, “cooperative communications” in the spirit of wholEness, holy compassion, divine love, etc… the “spherical” consciousness of “We are One” that is virtually spiritual; the polar opposite of close-minded, control-centric, “Nazi systems” are open, interactive “HEARTcom systems”.  The whole of “civilized” civilization is moving away from fear-driven, scarcity-based, divide-to-conquer “closed systems” (enforced monopolies) that resort to terror-tactics and tyranny to enforce the ownership-and-control dictates of big business/big government (Big Brother) collusion… and moving towards love-motivated, abundance-based, communicate-to-coordinate “open systems” (inspired cooperation) that raises the standard of “good business”, customer relationships and “community” to a highest  level of universal law/language virtue… a special -centered/connected alliance at the heart of a more spiritual world of personal, family and comm-unity comm-unication in the spirit of comm-union.

 

3.  MENTAL SUFFICIENCY MODEL (“golden wisdom”/3rd wave), characterized by discernment of the respective polarity perspectives of “individual RIGHTS (“L”) in the public SPHERE (“O”)… to know when to “thrust” with power or “cohere” with love.   When there is a deficiency in higher mental ability, as with spiritual pride (“O”-perversion) or intellectual pride (“L”-perversion), the collective “best for all” are inverted by power elite special interests, subverting a “middle way” perspective that checks and balances the extremes of power abuse to the left and right of center… overriding the tyranny of compartmentalized and overspecialized thinking with the common sense of “best for all”.  When common sense of the spirit of the Law of  becomes uncommon, the letter of the law divides and conquers via the “tyranny of the crats”, the “stinking thinking” of all the bureaucrats, theocrats, mediacrats, educrats, medicrats and the autocratic minions of the power elite plutocrats.  This tyranny against the higher mental balancing effect of the heart of Love with the mind of G.O.D.~inadvertently causes polarization of REAL community (whol-E spirit) into the extremes of “Borg-like groupthink” (herd mentality) that characterizes socialist-communist patriotism on the far left and fascist-Nazi patriotism on the far right.

 4.  THE OVERALL INTEGRITY MODEL (full spectrum integration of the first three).  The key to integrity is integration of all the keys.  It’s the principle of synergy whereby the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.  It’s like full spectrum “white light” versus one narrow band of the spectrum.  In biology it’s called “symbiosis” whereby whole food concentrates have more health value than chemical nutrient isolates or drugs.  In health care it’s the concept of holistic balance of body, mind and spirit rather than attention to merely one facet of health divorced from the holy whole.  In government it’s the checks and balances of three independent branches of government (Executive, Judicial and Legislative) that each represent freedom, justice and opportunity “of, by and for the people.” In theosophy, it’s the balance of the three-fold flame of universal Love, Wisdom and Power in one’s heart of hearts.  And in the networking of sovereign Netzens who embrace the 4th Wave of Worldwide , it’s the integration of all the above in Golden Age Models that follow from the global revolution in Higher Consciousness that the three-fold flame of “Net working for Net worth” will actualize.
