Thanks to the 'Thrive Movement' and the global 'Evolution Revolution', there is a critical mass of enlightened humanity who prefers to create a better future than endless war of, by and for the banksters and the cabal of war profiteers -- the corporatocracy -- that has inverted, subverted and perverted Constitutional democracy and the Republic for which it stands.

Martin Luther King would agree.  See the article:
'MLK's Vehement Condemnations of US Militarism'.

Excerpts:

King called the US government "the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today", as well as the leading exponent of "the deadly Western arrogance that has poisoned the international atmosphere for so long."

King emphasized that his condemnations extended far beyond the conflict in Southeast Asia: "The war in Vietnam is but a symptom of a far deeper malady within the American spirit." He insisted that no significant social problem - wealth inequality, gun violence, racial strife - could be resolved while the US remains "a nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift" - a recipe, he said, for certain "spiritual death".

For that reason, King argued, "it should be incandescently clear that no one who has any concern for the integrity and life of America today can ignore the present war."

That's because: "If America's soul becomes totally poisoned, part of the autopsy must read Vietnam. It can never be saved so long as it destroys the deepest hopes of men the world over."

"Consider the situation. Never has there been an administration so disciplined in secrecy, so precisely in lockstep in keeping information from the people at large and -- in defiance of the Constitution -- from their representatives in Congress. Never has the powerful media oligopoly ... been so unabashed in reaching like Caesar for still more wealth and power. Never have hand and glove fitted together so comfortably to manipulate free political debate, sow contempt for the idea of government itself, and trivialize the peoples' need to know." ~Bill Moyers written during George W. Bush administration

King's dream was BEYOND the impersonal corporatocracy that has openly usurped individual rights with
corporate personhood, the legacy of the Supreme Court's 'Citizens United' case that, like the retro 'Patriot Acts', have ceded power to the 'War Bankers'.

King's dream envisioned decentralized power over centralized power, divine rights over government rights, and the power of love over the love of power.  King's true legacy, as with President Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, and John Lennon, is in the hearts of all who can IMAGINE a world where peace and love thrives.

This world is a struggle for conscientious souls, and that struggle is reaching a climax.

For the Inauguration of Global Civilization, Keep THE DREAM Alive,

If you are still alive, it's not."
